A group of organisations uniting to develop innovative technologies in the South West.

The Assisted Living Action Network (ALAN) is a platform for businesses, healthcare professionals, service user groups and academic researchers to stimulate the development of innovative assisted living products and services in the South West.

Membership is free!

Through hosting quarterly networking seminars we aim to:

  • Facilitate discussions on areas of unmet need
  • Promote knowledge transfer collaborations between research institutions and industry
  • Create commercial opportunities for new assistive technology products and services

You are invited to join us at this FREE event to discover how advances in medicine, medical technology and major trauma management mean that people are able to survive serious illness and injuries. They can expect to recover and return to communities to fulfil their role in society and live longer, fuller lives.

The Bristol Centre for Enablement provides a comprehensive service for rehabilitation and specialist equipment needs of a wide section of population from young children to centenarians.

You will have the opportunity to see what the centre has to offer to the local population in terms of specialist assessment and equipment. Their lead clinicians will speak on their experience and overview of the services.
